PassGo is a south west London based driving school offering manual car lessons to people with all levels of experience. Our fully vetted and qualified instructors will be happy to help you get behind the wheel at a pace that suits you.

We offer quality tuition in what we believe is an unrivaled service to our customers. Our mission is to get you driving as a safe and confident driver by the time you pull away for the first time in your own car.

Below is a list of our basic driving lesson prices. including a one time only Introductory offer, the set hourly rate for lessons and our current lesson bundles.

The code that is produced will only last 21 days, so please make sure you give enough time for our staff to check the code before your first lesson (good news is we only have to do this before your first lesson and then you're set!)

Cancellation & refund policy / terms & conditions

We understand that some times things happen and a student won't be able to attend a pre-planned lesson. We do ask that students give our instructors 48 hours notice of any cancelled lessons. This is to allow them time to book in another student and avoid loss of time. If a student cancels inside of 48 hours, full payment will still be taken for the lesson.

If a student repeatedly cancels lessons without good justification, we do reserve the right to withdraw services. A minimum refund of 50% would be issued.

All lessons are to be paid 48 hours prior to the beginning of the lesson. Should a lesson not be paid, we reserve the to refuse service.

If a student does not complete the paid for lessons and is unable to continue, we will issue a full refund. If a student booked a bundle, all lessons taken will be charged at the standard rate for lessons taken before the refund is given. For example if you booked a 6 hour bundle for £230 and took 1 lesson, this lesson would be charged at the stand rate of £40 per hour. £230 minus £80 and the student would receive a refund of £150.

All matters will be dealt with on a case by case basis and we will always try to work with a student to complete all lessons and ensure fairness for all parties involved.

If an instructor cancels a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failure, sickness or accident. The school will make all reasonable attempts to secure another driving vehicle or instructor. Where this cannot be accomplished, all monies for lessons will carry over to the next lesson to make sure that the student does not lose out financially.

Our tuition vehicles will always be kept in a clean and clear condition, we ask that students respect our vehicles whilst using them. We also ask that students respect our instructors and other road users. Poor behaviour can result in withdrawal of our services.

All of our vehicles are non smoking and we politely request that students refrain from smoking in our vehicles.

All offers must be paid in advance of the first lesson taken - if you take a lesson bundle, the balance must have been paid to us at least 48 hours before the lesson is due to take place.

PassGo Driving reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice. All previous payments will be honoured at prices paid at the time of the original payment.

All clients are required to arrive to their lessons in reasonable condition to carry out their lesson. If a person is believed to be or is under the influence of any legal or illegal substance, the lesson with will be refused and still charged. If a client repeatedly does not arrive in a fit state to carry out their lesson, then we reserve the right to refuse any future lessons. It is a legal requirement that the driver of a vehicle be in a fit and proper state, failure to do so, could result in a criminal conviction. If you are unsure if you are able to drive, consult your doctor.

It is down to the discretion of the driving instructor to agree to take a student to a driving test. If an instructor does not feel that the student has a likelihood of passing the practical driving test, they may refuse use of the tuition vehicle for the test. Students should always consult their instructor when booking a test themselves in order to avoid disappointment.

If a practical test has been booked prior to contacting PassGo Driving School, the student should make their driving instructor aware of this at the earliest point. Our instructors will always make all efforts to get a student ready for their given test. Should the student not meet the required standard for the practical test, our instructors can assist with booking a new test date.

All driving test appointments with our instructors must be made well in advance of the date of the test. All fees should be paid in good time before the date of the test in order to secure the hours required for the day.
